Return & Shipping Policy



If you receive a damaged product we will cover the return cost and gladly replace the item if available or submit a refund if it is a sold out item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We must be notified of the issue and item(s) must be shipped back within 7 days after delivery. Item must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Item must be free of stains, odor, makeup, deodorant, or wear. We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers if we notice any signs of these things.


We ship worldwide & offer free shipping on orders of $100 or more.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame being published, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. In the case of entering an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of when the order was placed to We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information that was entered by the customer.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered and you have not received it, You must follow up with the United States Postal Service.  Pretty Stylez Apparel is not responsible for package(s) that are lost, stolen, or delivered to wrong address. 

All orders placed within the US, will be shipped via USPS. 

Orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 3-4 business days after they are placed. Orders placed on Friday-Sunday will be processed and shipped the following week. 

Standard shipping can take an estimate of 3-5 business days to arrive once shipped.

To track you package, please use the tracking number provided in your shipping update email.

For international orders, once shipped, it usually takes 7-12 business days to arrive in your country. In some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. We do not have any means to calculate the duration. 

Pretty Stylez Apparel is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.
