How should I wash my items?
To keep your tee looking pretty, we recommend that you machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.
How does the sizing run?
Women's fitted style tees are a slimmer fit with a feminine silhouette and run a little smaller in size. Women's relaxed style tees run a little bigger in size compared to the fitted style tees and are more of a unisex fit. Sizes run from XS-3X.
When in doubt of your size, measure one of your shirts that you like the fit of, then compare it to the size chart.
We do not offer returns/exchanges due to sizing issues. If you have questions please contact us.
How is the apparel printed?
Apparel is printed by hand using premium heat transfer vinyl. All items are made to order except jewelry.
Can I customize my tee?
Yes! We also offer customizing printing services for single or bulk items in order. Additional fees may apply. Please email us at email@example.com for more information and to receive a free quote.
Do you accept return/exchanges?
All products are made to order so as a result, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final so you should double check to make sure you are ordering the correct size.
If you received a defective item, we'll gladly replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express through our secure payment processing system. We transit your credit card securely for your protection and we do not store your credit card information. Additionally, we also accept PayPal.
Do you ship international?
We ship to Canada, Australia, Mexico, South Africa and the UK.
When will I receive my products after placing an order?
Orders may take between 7-14 business days to be shipped during high volume times, though most orders are usually shipped standard within 4-7 days after order is placed. Total time from ordering to delivery is between 1-2 weeks.
Standard shipping for International orders may take between 10-25 business days to arrive after shipping occurs.
Keep in mind that we do not mass produce our products. It is on-demand printing and the quality is checked before and after printing to ensure your products look pretty and ready to ship to deliver at your door step!

What is the cost for shipping and methods used?
For Domestic orders we offer flat rate standard shipping of $5.00 and expedited shipping of $9.00. Flat rate standard shipping of $10.00 for International orders. Orders are shipped through USPS First Class Mail Domestic/International, as well as Asendia International.
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. Customer are responsible for these fees.
Who do I contact if I have not received my order or having trouble with shipping?
If you have a problem with your shipment, such as not receiving a package that has been marked as delivered on the tracking info provided, please contact the shipping carrier and they will be able to further assist you.
We are not responsible for the delivery of packages after we ship them from our site. After ordering please make sure the address you provide is accurate. We do not reship or refund orders due to wrong addresses.
You will receive an email with updated tracking information once items have been shipped.
